Private Banquet Information and Policies
Thank you for considering Hackney's in Palos Park for your next banquet facility. We have two private
rooms available for booking private events. We have years of experience serving bridal and baby showers,
rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, corporate functions, retirement parties, and more.
We hope you will choose us to host your next event. If you have any questions, just give us a call.
Our Rooms:
The smaller party room requires a minimum of 35, with a maximum occupancy of 70 guests. The larger banquet
room can be reserved for a minimum of 50, with a maximum of 100 people.
Our Private Banquet Policies are as follows:
If you wish to reserve a room a manager will verify available dates for you. A $100.00 non-refundable
deposit is required to hold the room. This deposit will be deducted from your bill upon the completion of your party.
You will have already received menu selections with prices attached. A 18% Gratuity will be added
to all items sold, as well as Cook County Sales Tax of now 8.75%.
Hackney's will need to your selection of entree 7 days prior to party date.
You will also be required to give us a Final Guest Count 2 days before the party. This final
count will be the minimum number of entrees for which you will be charged; it will also be the
number of people we will set the room for.
Although we do not prepare cakes, Hackney's will allow you to bring in a bakery cake. Hackney's
does not charge any fee to cut and serve your cake.
Our banquet tables are rectangular and best accommodate 8 guests. Head tables are available upon
request. White table linens are standard for all private affairs.
